EXCLUSIVE FRINGE BENEFITS
In the year 2000, a sister company was formed in answer to RCPAG client needs in the area of fringe benefits, specifically medical and dental coverage. Later this was expanded to include other health and wellness programs.
The Process
The BIO Group, Inc. (an acronym for By Invitation Only) is what is commonly known in the industry as a Professional Employer Organization or "PEO".
A PEO, if administered properly, eliminates the pain and suffering of the payroll process and takes care of the fringe benefit nightmare of regulations and options. As a PEO, The BIO Group handles all of these areas for the business and non-profit clients of RCPAG Financial Group.
As a participant in the BIO Group, the available fringe benefits include primary medical insurance and discounted dental, vision, chiropractic and prescription drugs as the basic core coverage and many other benefits which may be selected at the participant's option.
This PEO arrangement between a company and the BIO Group is available to business clients of RCPAG. The fringe benefits, however, are available to the general public.
The Benefits
Traditional group health insurance - members of the BIO Group participate in a group health insurance plan currently underwritten by Principal Financial Group. For more information about this plan, click here.
Offering dental, vision, chiropractic care and prescription drugs as a supplement to the traditional group health insurance plan, RCPAG clients and associates can avail themselves of a very inexpensive, deep-discounted Provider Access Network at over 50,000 dentists nationwide.
